Bouncy's Adventure is an upcoming platformer game in which Bouncy falls to a huge cave in which he will have to solve puzzles and use his bouncing skills to not just escape, but also find out who made it.
This game will feature 4 chapters with 20 levels each, plus a four-level tutorial. In each chapter, things will start getting more challenging and less "natural", going just from stalactites, spikes and water to futuristic traps made with Gravonium, a mysterious ore that changes how gravity works when powered by huge amounts of electricity.
"Bouncy's Adventure" will be MACKYGAMES' third game from the MBU (MACKYGAMES' Bouncy's Universe), but the story takes place before "Bouncy VS Wouncy: Elementals". Its development started on February 15th, 2024, being the longest time-taking game yet, as several months have passed and the game hasn't reached half of the development. "Wall Bouncer!" took just some days to be developed, while "Bouncy VS Wouncy: Elementals" took 2 weeks, which means that this game taking so much time to be developed is a huge challenge for MACKYGAMES. Still, a lot of progress has been made and a beta with the first chapter and the tutorial is planned to be released soon.
In Bouncy's Adventure, Bouncy will not walk or run; instead, he will be able to jump and bounce upwards, to the left and to the right. Although this may seem really simple or limited, it doesn't end there. There are multiple combinations to make different jumps with different heights and lengths, which can be performed by jumping upwards and quickly to one of the sides or viceversa. This leads to unlimited combinations that can be mastered over time with the help of easy to understand, playable tutorials.
In every chapter, levels 5, 10 and 15 will be completely different levels from the rest, using other kinds of camera movement (or no camera movement at all), presenting more puzzle-solving and taking longer to be completed. Level 20, though, will bring a boss fight or super special level with completely unique features and mechanics.
Each chapter will feature new color palettes, decorations, gameplay styles and mechanics. Here are some examples from chapter 1 and chapter 2:
